1.2    By subscribing, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
 

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
2.1    YouTubelah! Subscription (excluding 8% SST) includes the following:
•    Guaranteed Views/Impressions:10,000 guaranteed views or 40,000 impressions monthly.
•    Free Video Editing: Monthly updates using client-provided footage 
•    Additional Freebies: 30-minute strategy call (up to 2 times per month), Ad copywriting, Campaign setup and ongoing support. 
 

2.2 Strategy calls are limited to 30 minutes per session.
 

ELIGIBILITY 
3.1 This package is available to businesses operating in Malaysia.
 

3.2 The following business categories are prohibited: gambling, adult content, and any industry violating Malaysian laws or advertising platform policies.
 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Clients must provide video footage and materials as required for monthly updates.
 

4.2 All client-provided materials must adhere to advertising platform guidelines and Malaysian regulations.

 

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
5.1 Guaranteed views and impressions will be targeted within a 3-5 km radius of the
client’s physical store or specified location.
 

5.2 While we strive to meet guaranteed views or impressions, results may vary depending on external factors.
 

5.3 No refunds or compensation will be offered if the guaranteed views or impressions are not achieved due to unforeseen circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS
6.1 The subscription fee is RM899, payable monthly in advance.
 

6.2 The minimum subscription period is one month.
 

PRIVACY AND DATA USE
7.1    Client data will be used exclusively for campaign purposes and will remain confidential.
 

7.2    Data Protection: 
•    Adhere to all relevant data protection laws.
•    Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without prior consent.
 

7.3    Data Insights and Analytics:
•    Campaign data may be analysed to enhance performance and generate actionable insights.
 

7.4    Data Retention and Deletion:
•    Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil campaign objectives and legal obligations.
•    Upon request, client data will be securely deleted after the campaign period concludes.
 

7.5    Clients Rights:
•    Clients have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their data.
